Slow Response in Convio Admin Tools

Is anyone experiencing slow response on the servers? I'm finding page load times ranging from 30 seconds to several minutes with frequent hangs. It has been that way for two days straight. I logged a ticket (208300) and spoke to support who seemed unaware of the problem. Other websites are loading normally, including my public facing pages. But Convio CMS, CRM, Convio Community, and Convio Support pages all are loading slowly.

  • Yes, I've noticed a problem this week. I'm a new user and haven't logged a ticket yet. But, I did mention it to our consultant and Convio rep.

    We've been experiencing a lot of slow responses since the middle of July and it's only getting worse.  Support is looking into the issue, but I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems lately but hasn't had time to open a trouble ticket.  We've also started tracking dates, times, and the action we took that hung up.

    We had a resurgence of issues in the last month or so, and just last week (I think, or the week before) it was so slow that all of our browsers were timing out for about a thirty minute window.  Our account rep hadn't heard any alerts, or other things, but after he dug into it, he found that there was some latency issues with the database cluster.  Some magic wand got waved, and the slowness went away, and so far it hasn't come back again... though I said that the last time

    We will monitor the slowness this week to see if we have any recurrance.  Our experience is that is has been running slow for at least an hour per day for several months. If we see a problem, we will also log a ticket.

    We are seeing slow response again today.  Other websites are responding normally.
