Where do I find designations when a donor makes one?

When you go to Fundraising -> donation management -> Donation reports there are several reports available for designated gifts and I believe if you download the donations by transaction report it includes designation info as well.

I pulled and then DL the transaction report and it does not show designations. What is the report that I can pull and see gift information, donor info and designations?

Hi Danielle,

Andrew did point you in the right direction (thank you, Andrew!) - the catch is that when we set up your gift designations, we didn't update your administrative access to include managing and reporting on gift designations. That was an oversight on our part. I've just changed your administrative acess so that when you navigate to Fundraising > Donation Management > Donation Reports (tab) you'll now see in the list of report types several that pertain to designated giving. You'll also now see a designated giving tab for managing gift designations, should you ever need to update your designation list(s).

If you don't see the tabs and reports I'm describing, you may need to log out of Convio and log back in so that the new permissions take effect.
