RE Slowness USA ONLY?

Hi, anyone else with major lagtime/slowness in database view today? I am on chat with support and they have not received any other complaints…yet in the Facebook User Group, others are having issues…

    I've not noticed anything unusual.

  • Some of us on my team are experience slowness…more than usual.

  • I have not been able to use the database. It won't log on for some reason.

    No slowness here at my organization in Minnesota.

  • I'm in Louisville. Boston hosted. We've had issues starting this afternoon. Varies between slowness, program not responding, or inability to log-in. Chat support seems backed up, so assuming it's a known issue, but don't know yet. Nothing on Status page.

  • We are hosted out of Boston and impacted today. RE7 and RENXT both slow ALL DAY. All users have reported the issue. I have been on hold for chat support for over an hour to report it. I also have an issue with online express and links. Not sure if that is related! UGH :(

  • Yeeeah… things are obviously not great in Blackbaudland. We're on in New Jersey, USA and recently we've had a lot of issues logging in and then fighting with intermittent slowness (with RE Database view) to the point where we're just telling people not to use Raiser's Edge if they don't have to. The status page has flip-flopped from “Everything's great!” to “The sky is falling!” about once an hour for the last two days… ?

    This has not been a good look for Blackbaud, especially with everything we (and all their other clients) are trying to accomplish at this time of year.

  • Yes, it seems to be multiple times weekly for at least the last 2 months that the system has been slooow or just not working at all. ? This is very frustrating especially when trying to meet event and end of the year deadlines. It makes me want to cry…..

  • We are in British Columbia, Canada and hosted in Boston….and this is very frustrating

  • I have been complaining for weeks about this, going back and forth, keeping a detailed google doc which I sent to them of how long, what features. Finally, I used a video feature on my computer showing how long it took just to open a record and now haven't heard back from them

  • Please let us know if they ever respond to you. Here in NY I have good days and slow days with RE.
