Assign Fundraiser task - Did it change for you?

Within the past month I noticed I can no longer assign myself (or anyone else) as a fundraiser in RENXT web-based view. I have to take the extra steps of entering database view, which is long, slow and cumbersome (so I often forget and move on to another task). In fact, NO ONE shows up in my view of fundraisers when I'm in a record and want to add someone - not just me. I haven't found anything about this in the discussions. I probably turned something off (or on) while trying to do something else. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

  • Theresa - can you still access the work center? It looks like you either had your access inadvertently revoked or something funky is preventing them from displaying for you in web view.

  • I can still access my work center. Since I mostly work in RENXT it has been a pain.

  • It sounds like your database view tie to webview has been removed. You are still able to do all of this in Database view, so check under Security → Roles and see if your database view security is still has the checkmark and is correct.

    Also check the Fundraising Role in webview security (or ask your database admin to do so if you don't have supervisor access). Under Work Permissions see if Change Fundraiser is selected.
