Can unconfirmed gift amounts be included on the donations campaign progress meter?

Currently we accept online/offline donations and there are several offline unconfirmed donations that are not being counted on the donations campaign progress meter (thermometer) on our homepage which is where all our TeamRaiser Events roll up to. So even though one of our events has already collected $8k, our homepage only reflects $6k.

So, is there a way to display the unconfirmed gifts within the same progress meter or some other way, so folks don't think some donations are not being counted?

    When setting up your TeamRaiser event, click on the Edit Advanced Options link in the Related Actions column on Step 3 of the Process Navigator, Select Event Options. Question #2 asks if you would like to include unconfirmed gifts in your fundraising totals.

    However, be careful when changing configuration options while your TeamRaiser is published as this can sometimes have adverse effects on your TeamRaiser as a whole. Call Convio Customer Support before you make a change like that to determine how or if this might affect your event.

    Thank you for your reply but that does not completely answer my question. The steps you provided are for including unconfirmed gifts at the event level progress meter. What I am referring to is including unconfirmed gifts in the progress meter that pulls from the donation campaign on our homepage. This donation campaign is made up of 5 donation forms each linked to one of the 5 events we have.

    Currently, the only time the donation campaign progress meter on our homepage includes "unconfirmed" gifts is when they are confirmed by an admin on the backend. But we are wondering if there is a way to display these "unconfirmed" donations on the donation campaign progress meter on the homepage, which is a pagebuilder page? Or will it always only display confirmed donations?

    I tested this and it appears that unconfirmed gifts will not appear in a Donation Campaign thermometer. My guess is that becuase "unconfirmed gifts" are specific to TeamRaiser, that it is kept within the TeamRaiser functionality. I know it wouldn't be the same, but you could remove the donation campaign thermometer from the main page and, using Convio s-tags (S42), insert the amount raised for each of the 5 TeamRaiser events.

    Otherwise, just be aware that only confirmed gifts will show up in a Donation Campaign thermometer.
