How do I modify the FROM line in messages sent by participants through customized suggested messages?

Currently, it is reading:

National Brain Tumor Society ; on behalf of; Shana Masterson

I would like to change the email address and name in the first part, and obviously keep the second. There is not a place to edit this setting in the TR under Customized suggested messages.

Updated in the Site attributes. Was a global change and was not one that could be edited for each team raiser.
