Cleaning Groups

When our Access database was uploaded into Convio, a bunch of what we called "mailing groups" were copied and created in Convio, along with their opt-in/out counterparts---giving us a current list of 386 groups. Yikes! Unfortunately, most of those were groups specific to our db (a workaround, of sorts) that have no reason to be in Convio. We're now preparing to move out of Access and into Donor Perfect and have drastically pared down our "real" group list. Is there a way to export or print out a list of all our groups in Convio so we can have a group discussion about what is there, what we need, and what we can dump?
