People to show as team members

On my website (www.ParkinsonsBeachBrigade.org), one of my teams doesn't show any teammembers even though people have tried to join the team...

On the "Hike with Mike" team page all the team members are listed under Mike's name, but on the "Tikkun with Tomm" page they are not. Is there a way to fix this so it shows everyone who signed up for Tom's team?
