How can I send email blasts to just Team Captains

By default, Convio sets up groups for participants and donors, but not for team captains. Our chapters often target temail communications to captains only. Is there some way we can do this easily without having to manually create team captain groups for each event, then rebuilding groups immediately before email blasts are sent?

    Hi Norman,

    TeamRaiser Coaching emails is your answer. This is the best functionality to use to reach out to your TR participants.

    To access, go to 'manage' on any TR > "Coaching emails" tab.

    Once a msg is created, select "Begin Delivery" under Actions > Select "Current Event participants", next > select the participant reg type(s), next > configure any registration filters, next > on "Step 4. Team Filters", deselt everything other than "include team captains".
