Good afternoon. Our Alumni Association is working on a project with RNL to identify whether our constituent phone numbers are mobile and textable. The purpose of the project is to be able to use Campus Call's texting feature.

If you are using the RNL/Engage/Campus Call texting feature, how are you loading the phone numbers so the platform can identify mobile/textable numbers?

How are you exporting the information from BBCRM to be usable in Campus Call.

    We are currently working on an API call to Twilio that valids the number and returns phone type. The idea is to run batches and add the validate button similar to address validation.
