NXT Ratings - data entry critera to return wealth ratings

Options
I have read the Knowledgebase Article #95490 and spoken with several BB support staff via chat (and got conflicting answers), but I am still unclear about exactly what the format of the name and address fields must be in order to get NXT wealth ratings to work correctly. A couple of examples: Are all "special characters" prohibited, including hyphens et al? Must street addresses rigidly follow USPS postal formats (e.g., AVE instead of Avenue)? Feedback would be most appreciated, since I am having difficulty in getting clear answers from Blackbaud support (via phone or chat) or the Customer Success email address.

Hi, Cynthia Barstad‍! I was just looking out here to see if anyone else had any help on this very topic! We have about a third of our Constituents with no ratings but we cannot determine why, as it appears everything is entered to meet requirements. I will keep out an eye to see if I find any answers! While I hate hearing you're having this issue, it's a bit comforting to know I'm not the only one struggling for answers. I've had a case opened almost two months to get this solved. Good luck!

Cynthia Barstad‍ just wanted to see if you'd gotten any answers since posting. I looked at some of our addresses entered and we have a variety of entries. Some have the word spelled out (i.e. "Drive") while others have just the abbreviation. Both options have ratings.

As for names, I think that may be where at least some of my issues are occurring, as well. We have many constituents where the first name is actually their preferred name or nickname. Utilizing the fields according to their intended purposes would certainly help this so now I need to determine the best way to update those of ours that are incorrect.

Good luck and let me know if you have any additional questions!
