Modifying Stationery: Adding an Unsubscribe Link

I am trying to add an unsubscribe link to some stationery and, after having followed the directions offered by sstennis to Shannon Silbernagel's question, have had no luck.

I have followed each step and the following happens:

1. No link is added to the words "unsubscribe" and "forward".

2. Convio deletes the modification.

I am following these instructions and nothing, absolutely nothing is "taking".

    When you say "Convio deletes the modification", what do you mean exactly? What is the name of the Stationery you are editing?

    I mean exactly that.

    I typed tha copy and then copy-and-pasted the copy into the footer of one of our generic e-mail templates. Then I saved the page as I wanted to check somthing out and didn't want to lose the work due to Convio's automatic logout if the server doesn't detect work.

    Well, when the page refreshed, the copy was gone. Deleted.

    Mystifying.
