donor profile

Options

We have a constituent that continues to change her donor profile. Her complete name, mailing address, email address have been changed by the constituent according to her interactions. The phone numbers that are given and addresses do not match what is being updated for the constituent on file.  Now we are receiving credit card gifts and are concerned that they may be fraudulent. Has anyone every had this problem and what can we do about it?

  • I would suggest opening a Support case with the user's cons id and let them take a deeper look.
