Not seeing HTML in the screen

I'm not able to see the HTML content on the wisywig when i copy and paste our newsletter to create a new one. I know its there but its not showing on my screen?

    Hey Alicia,

    Could you post the HTML here? Or put it online somewhere? My guess would be that it is something about the HTML. Are you copying from MS Word?

    Hi Alicia,

    Did you recently upgrade your browser to IE8?  Convio's old WYSIWYG doesn't display HTML properly in IE8 - you have to switch Explorer to run in "compatibility" mode to use the old WYSIWYG.

    The new WYSIWYG, which is getting phased in across all Convio client sites before the end of this year (except for clients who have opted out of using it) is compatible not only with IE8, but also Firefox and Safari.  If you haven't already upgraded to the new WYSIWYG, you can request the change via Convio Support or your Account Manager.
