Adding a "Send this email to a friend" button in messages?

I think I've seen other Convio clients do it, but I can't see where it is in email set up. Anybody have a built in forward feature in email? How are you setting it up?

You can insert this link from the WYSIWYG Links dropdown by selecting Email -> Forward Message.
