Using Secondary Email Addressesh

If you select "Delivery Options" under Related Actions when setting up a delivery in Email Campaigns, you'll see the following option:

2. Carbon Copy Options

This option will cause a carbon-copy (cc) of the message to be sent to the secondary email address as well as the primary email address. This only makes sense if you are maintaining the secondary email address for your constituents.

CC all recipient email addresses

Send a copy of the email to every email address we have for recipients in the target audience.

Thanks Noah,

Have a couple of silly questions to make sure that I am 100% clear on this:

- So the cc field will contain both the Primary AND the Secondary email addresses?

- If the cc field contains the Primary email address, does this mean a recipient will receive the email twice?

I just want to have the Constituent receive the email once at his/her Primary Email and once at their Secondary email.
