Looking for examples of great Personal Fundraising landing pages

We've been using this on Convio for a little over a year now with pretty good results:

I've so far seen two general ways to implement the personal fundraising module:

1) Let the public run it, as we do.

2) Lock it down so that only you can create funds (I saw this on some cancer sites, I believe) to better control the quality of the pages and have better communication with the champions.

Both have potential merit, especially if you have the staffing resources to support option 2, but I find it better to give the users more freedom.  Only rarely do we have an issue with a page (I check weekly), and our waiver includes language which allows us to kill the fund at our choosing if we need to.
