Is there an easy way to log one sponsor to multiple event locations simultaneously?

The event I am representing is across the nation in 6 locations. Many of our sponsors are "national" sponsors and are sponsoring all 6 events. I am entering the sponsorship details on TeamRaisers, but instead of entering each sponsor 6 times (1 time for each event location), is there an easy way to enter a sponsor for all 6 locations at the same time?

    Hi Kristen,

    Probably a couple of ways you could approach this.  My first recommendation would be to add the information to the TR configuration and then use a C tag to pull in the data.  THe following are the steps:

    1. Ensure the sponsor logo is in the image library
    2. Go in to "Edit" the first TeamRaiser rom the Convio admin environment
    3. Go to Step 11. Customize Pages > select "Configure" next to the Greeting page
    4. Enter the image file name in the field provided for "Sponsor name or image filename (1):"
    5. Wherever you want to display that image on a page, simply enter following c tag:  "]"   (I have provided a list of the available c tags at the bottom of this post)

    Another way to do this is to utilize the TeamRaiser blueprint functionality and add all of the sponsor info to the correct pages in the blueprint and then make child events.  This is better than simply creating one event and copying it because the blueprint can be updated and the changes pushed down to the child events.   Blueprint is not enabled by default, but your AM should be able to turn it on if you are interested.
