Changing the fields in the E-Mail Notifications after making a donation

I was wondering if anyone knows how to add/change fields in the e-mail notifications that are sent after a donation has been made... any guidance would be extremely helpful.

  • Hi Richard,

    If you are referring to the notifications sent to the donor, those forms can be modified, depending on what your need is, in two places:

    1) Setup -> Autoresponder Center -> Application Autoresponder ->



    This will allow you to modify the actual form that is sent

    2) Setup -> Product Configuration -> Donations (via drop-down menu)

    This will allow you to make fine-grain adjustments at the field/database level
