Where do I find the url code for images loaded in Convio Image file?

Options

I am having issues with inserting an image into an email, I thought I could get around it by coding into HTML the image file name but I do not know where to locate this.

  • Hi Jessica,

Images in your Image Library are given a special URL, that usually looks like http://yoursite.org/images/content/pagebuilder/12345.jpg. You can insert images into an email via the Components dropdown in your WYSIWYG. The component will automatically insert this URL for you.

  • Jessica,

URLs of images in the Image Library follow the following URL convention:

    http://www.domain.com/images/content/pagebuilder/imageid.ext

Where "imageid" is the numeric ID of the image (which can be found by going to the Image Library and clicking on an image -- in the resulting URL is component_id), and "ext" is the extension of the uploaded file.

Of course the easiest way to insert an image from the Image Library is through the image plugin in the WYSIWYG editor.

Thanks for the info, I am having some issues with an email I have put together.  The photos are not loading correctly or at all.  Can someone check this out?
