Housefile Drawing

As the housefile campagin comes to an end on Dec 3, I would like to be able to include all the particpatants plus the number of each five eCard into one group for the drawing.  I beleive I should be using a query but do not know how to go about it.  Also i need a way to match the number with the participatants before using the random number page built last year.

I already know how to use the random page and will  make adjustment according to the number of entries.  Many thaks for your help

    Hi Randy,

    The following thread is quite detailed but it has an explanation of how the Go! team builds out the lists for the drawing:  http://community.customer.convio.com/message/6263#6263

    Take a look at that thread and then update it if we can expand the explanation further.  The thread talks about which reports you will need to run and then also some brief descriptions of how to create the final drawing list.
