When a donor sets up a sustained monthly gift and they don't specify an end date, what is the duration of the gift?  Forever or until the card expires?  This particular donor set it up and now wants to end it one year from the initial gift.  How would I change the settings?

    It's typically forever as a default.  They can change it if you have set up the Gift Center for donors to have access to their own sustaining gifts, or the admin can change it.  If you go to Fundraising/Donation Management/Sustaining Gifts, search for their sustaining gift record by last name.  Click on the edit icon and then the "modify gift duration" link.  You can change the "fixed number of future payments."
