Is there some other place where donation notification is listed?

Hello

This is the second time in the year with Convio that some people on the General Configuration of the Donation Notification section receive notifications of donations and someone else does not.  Why?  Where else is this information stored?  Why is it in different locations and if it isn't what is creating this issue?

    As the text on the General Configurations tab indicates, the settings entered there apply only to Convio's Donation Classic application:



    "Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas) of those to notify when a large gift is received. Note: These
    addresses will only be used in Donation Classic campaigns."

    On Donations2 campaigns--those donation forms setup under the "Online Giving" tab in Donation Management--the notification list is set on the campaign level. If you click Edit on a donation campaign, you can set this up on Step 3. Specify Groups and Notifications.
