How do you configure Personal Fundraising to notify Champions of donations, etc?

Hello,

We have Personal Fundraising (which we are calling Tribute Circles) on our website.

One Champion has been calling us because he expects and wants emails sent to him whenever someone signs the guestbook or makes a contribution.

Should I be contacting Convio Customer Support or is this a setting that I can adjust on my own from the admin area?

    If you edit your Personal Fundraising campaign, and go to Step 7. Customize Autoresponders, you can edit the "Honorary Fund Donation Notification (Champion)" (replace "Honorary" with "Memorial" or "Personal" for those fund types). It sounds like this autoresponder is disabled for your campaign.

    Note that there is no autoresponder sent to the Champion when someone comments on the Guestbook.
