Creating an e-card template

Hi all!

I am a bit stumped and hope someone can give me a push in the right direction (or even a solution!). I am trying to create an e-card template. When I get to Step 3. HTML, I try to insert a photo but it does not load. Any idea on why this might be happening? Does anyone have success with creating an e-card template & if so, would you be willing to give me help or tips? Is there a specific dimension or size the photo must be?

I've done some searching on forums and articles, but no help specifically for LO.

Are you inserting the image with html or using the wysiwyg editor? If you're using html, can you post your <img> tag?

Have you already uploaded your image to the Image Library? Does it show there?

Hi Allison and Daryl,

Thanks for responding! I ended up connecting with chat support. They told me I needed to be sure the image link was 'absolute' versus 'relative'. After some tinkering around, I finally got it to work!

Now I am still on the hunt for good style sheets or templates for e-cards, so if anyone has any (or examples), please pass them along!
