Address Block not populating when added via NXT

When adding an address via RE NXT, the address block does not populate in RE database view. Is there a setting that needs to be changed for this to populate completely, has anyone else had this issue? Any insight or assistance is greatly appreciated.

I just tested it by putting an additional address on my NXT record. It does show in address block in db view. I did mark it as Primary and did it again not marking it. Both times it shows in address block. Don't know where a setting would be that would affect this.

Did you give it enough time to show up in Database view? I have noticed it often takes a minute to populate.

Thanks JoAnn. I am uncertain why it isn't populating for us. I will report it with Blackbaud to see what the issue is. Thought I would check with the community before I inquired with support.

Yes, I did give it plenty of time to populate.
