We have a volunteer who has downloaded his address book, approximately 600.  He does not want to send an email to everyone, but is trying to load up at least 2 pages of the contacts at a time.  It is only saving the current page, not both pages.  For example, each page has 25 contacts and if he "hits" visible it only does that page.  Is there another way of sending without checking each box?

    The new Participant Center 2 has GROUPS that you can create under the contacts section. Looks like you can add as many names as you want to a group, and then send to it. Not sure about the old Participant Center.
