Hi: Can anyone tell me or point me to a turorial to create a registration survey form on the crm side. I want to basically create an enewsletter signup form but I need it to connect with the Cons. database. Thanks.

The process for creating a Survey is described in the Admin Help file at http://help.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=Admin_Survey_Administration#creating. Once you've created the Survey you can insert it in a page using Components -> Survey in the WYSIWYG editor.
