Document sharing on Convio site

Hello fellow Convio users,

My organization is exploring the possibility of using a secure area of our Convio website to share documents and information with our Board Trustees. Access to these web pages would be limited to our Trustees, and we want to make sure that the documents that are posted remain private.

Have any of you used a portion of your website for a similar purpose?

I haven't but I believe that Security Classes will do what you are after.

I'm still a newbie to Convio, but am also interested in sharing docs with staff members in our organization. Can you enlighten me on what Security Classes are and/or where I can find more info? Thanks!

Look at Setup > Security Categories.

There's lots of documentation in the htlp system.
