Importing Convio transactions into Raiser's Edge without credit card number

Options

Just ran the connector for the first time but was unable to import any transactions. Reason for exceptions (on the RE end) was "Error saving record: Invalid credit card number specified" - there is no credit card number, of course, but knowing that doesn't help much. Any suggestions?

  • A reconfiguration in RE took care of this:

    1) In Configuration, click Business Rules

    2) Select General in the left frame

    3) Under When saving a constituent or gift, if credit card is invalid... select: Save record anyway
