Cross-Reference Forms disappearing

Any new 2010 cross-reference forms are not able to be located once the mapping has been done. If I need to make an update/correction and attempt to search for form - nothing shows up? Is there some thing I need to do to refresh and get access to most recent 2010 forms?

Could this be a security group thing?

Something like this happened to us in the past, and it was due to the cross-reference document being assigned a security group that the RE staff didn't have access to.

Also, if the form/campaign in question gets Archived, it will disappear from the list which is a little frustrating (and leads me toward an argument against using the Archive feature at all since this is also true of many of the reporting functions as well)
