Query Tool has OR logic - should be AND

Does anyone know if has been fixed?  If not - is this going to be a part of any upgrade soon?  Also, I don't know how to check on a known defect.

Original Support Case:

Query based on the field type Education and Field name College/School brings up a window that says:

Education

This Expression queries "school name' fields across all contact education records.

Which I would ASSUME includes ALL College/School (First, Second, Third, Fourth, etc)

and we put in College/School Equals LJ

HOWEVER,

upon review the query is NOT picking up people who have LJ

in Second Post-Secondary School, or Third Post-Secondary School etc.

AND

There seems to be no way to ADD people or QUERY people who have degrees in anything BUT the First Post-Secondary School.

Help!
