Is there a way to include a registration fee on a donation form?

We were asked to provide a dedicated donation form for a large donor-driven special event (bowl-a-thon) and just learned that there will be a registration fee to offset costs of the lane rentals.  Is there a way to create a donation form that collects both registration fees and additional donations?  Also, can the form be used to register more than one participant (i.e., multiply out the fees for a family of 4)?  We don't necessarily need to collect data on each participant, just the donor.

    Hi Leslie,

    Within the Convio donation form, there is not a way to configure a registration fee plus an additional donation.  What you may want to consider doing is setting up the donation levels as the fees for x amount of bowlers.  For example, you could set up the donation levels in the following manner:

    1 Bowler  -  $20

    2 Bolwers - $40

    3 Bolwers - $60

    4 Bolwers - $80

    And so on...

    If you would like to gain information on the additional bowlers that the donor is paying for, you could add a question on the donation form along the lines of "If you are paying the registration for additional bowlers, please provide their name."  If you do not need to collect that information, you'll still have the info from the main donor giving through the form.
