Here's what I would like to do:  send an email to list members that says your Senators X and Y had this score and your Member of Congress had this score.

Is it possible to create custom fields for the scores and somehow get that to match to the elected officials without having to download every list member and then reimport them with custom fields for the elected officials and the other data?

Hope that makes sense.  Any help is appreciated.

    Jeff,

    The only way I could see this working is to create two custom fields, one for the Senators' scores and one for the Rep's score, then you could say "your Senators X and Y had scores A and B respectively, and your Representative had score C". Would that work for you here?

    Thanks for the reply.  Two things:  (i) is there a way to make sure that the scores follow in order of Senator X and Senator Y, and (ii) are the names for Senators and Reps an Scode that we can put into the email?
