Hello,

We have a customer who mistakenly filled out the recurring gift form for weekly instead of monthly. Is there a way to edit this for her? Or does she just need to redo it?

    You can change the schedule in batch or through an adjustment after the recurring gift is committed to the database.

    We don't use batch. 


    How can I correct a monthly recurring gift that was inputted by the donor for the wrong amount?

    Anthony Haines‍ - You can edit the amount through an amendment. Follow the steps below to update the gift record through RE7/DBV.  If you are using NXT's automated recurring gifts, the process is likely different.
    1. Open the Recurring Gift record you want to change.
    2. Under the Amendment tab, click on New Amendment.
    3. Update the Amount field, and any other fields per your database's standards.
    4. Click Save and Close.  You will see the change reflected on the General tab of the gift record.
