Hi, at this stage are you only able to start a workflow from the criteria being that a gift has been given??

Can you not set up new criteria? for example: to send out automated email for birthdays?

Love to hear if this can be done.

Hi!

The only criteria in the workflow designer right now is based on recent giving but you could set the criteria you need in your list. For example, you could build a constituent list based on "Birth date = This Month/This Week" and use that list in your workflow. When you select the list in workflow you can check the box to apply to new constituents that are added to the list so when the list refreshes at the beginning of the next month/week it will send the email or create the action you selected.

Hi Kirk,

Thank you for this, I think I've set it up right, hopefully it only sends the email at the beginning of the month, not everyday or the month. Thanks for your help with this.
