Order Form

Has anyone tried to used the online express forms as an order form?  We are going to be doing a fundraiser selling t-shirts and wondering if anyone has any experience in using these forms for this type of fundraiser.

Thanks for any information.

Hi Adam Eggert‍ - You could use either a donation form (with an attribute to collect shirt size) or an event form to accomplish this.  Both options are a bandaid, and may not function exactly you want them to.  If you want the ability to sell more than one shirt at once, you will likely need to use an event form, but be forewarned that the form will require registrant information for every option the user chooses at the top of the form.
  • Thanks.  With using attribute for t-shirts, is there anyway to have a shipping cost option as well?

There is no option to add-on the cost of shipping, however you could get around this in one of two ways:
    • On an event form, list the shipping cost as another 'registration' (purchase) option to choose from.  It would then be dependent on the user to apply the add-on to their purchase, and it is unlikely that all users will realize that this an additional step to completing their purchase.
    • You could include the cost of shipping in the price of the t-shirt listed on the form.
