Hi everyone!

I am looking for some feedback on the best way to run a photo submission online.  For our 2011 calendar, we are asking a $20 donation to enter the pet's picture.  We would hopefully have them fill out a survey with some questions as well.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

    We did a calendar contest two years in a row that required image submission and payment. We had to have it custom made by Convio using Storybuilder and a donation form. Nicole Tucker was our contact. Hope that helps!

    We had to pay for it. I believe it was about $1,200.
