I'm trying to create a page/survey where people can vote for a single picture from a list of images.  We need to be able to tell which image receives the most votes.  I see that photos can be added in the caption question, but no way to associate a single picture with a single check box.  Any ideas?

    What if you show all the images in a table with numbers and/or names, and then ask...

    * Which picture do you vote for?
