    Hi Ophelia Rodriguez‍ - You should take a look at KB Article #41657 - "How to create letters, including letter codes, in Configuration".  If this not quite what you were looking for, you can also take a look at KB Article #75003 - "How to create a conditional merge letter using the Mail Merge Wizard in Export".  Let me know if you have any questions.

    The processes in these articles do not work for us at my agency.  We can create letters and link them to gifts but once we get to the Mail Merge piece, various errors take place. We need highly descriptive, step-by-step instructions to walk through how to create a letter, link it to a gift, and have that populated letter template show up correctly in a subsequent conditional mail merge.

    Hello,

    Our organization is new to RE. I am trying to get our letters into the RE system. We use both Thank you/Acknowledgement letters (which I understand are part of a conditional merge) and other letters that should be created in Quick letters. In the process of trying to navigate my way through these various processes, I end up having more questions, and would very much like to speak with someone regarding these letter processes. Thanks much.
