eCommerce questions - cross ref.

In testing the new store I created ... through the data sync on the convio report it is coming through as need to be cross ref. where and how do I cross ref. the donation form when I can't even get into the donation form?

Also does anyone know where I can get into the donation form and edit it????

Does anyone know where I can edit the "timed out message" and layout??

Does anyone know where I can edit the default auto responders? These aren't the ones that are in the store config section of the eCommerce tool. Those ones are premium autoresponder, partial refund autoresponder & full refund. I need the "Email thank you (auto-responder w/default text): subject says "Thank you for your Purchase."

  • E-commerce has their own Cross-Reference types. You don't xref a donation form, but the whole store (and/or individual products if you have e-commerce configured to split out each product as a mappable item. Ask you Convio support guys for that setting.)

    You can find that xref section right next to the Donation Form Cross-Reference Types under Data Management > Import/Export > Cross-Ref Types > E-Commerce  Store Cross-Reference.

    There is no donation form for an eCommerce site, instead you get to customize the Shopping Cart in the Configure Standard Pages section.

    I haven't found those autoresponders yet myself.

    I have contacted support, my site isn't updated for eCommerce in the cross ref. types under data management.

    If I ever come across those auto responders or the "timed out message," I will be sure to let you know!!
