Donor suppression during fundraising campaign

If a constituent gives a gift during the course of the spring fundraising campaign through a Convio Go! campaign donation page (not a Spring Fundraising Campaign donation page), will they be suppressed from subsequent spring fundraising campaign messages? Or do they need to be removed from the campaign manually?

    Hi Matt,

    By default, we just suppress those who have given to the campaign donation form. However, you can filter out all recent donors by creating a query of recent donors (you'll choose your own timeframe but I'd say 30 days would be a good amount). Then, use that query to create a group in C360 called Recent Donors. Add that group to any fundraising appeal Do Not Mail audience. (And be sure to include that in any future guides so your Convio consultant knows to exclude that group when launching emails.) Tell the group to refresh right before sending and it will exclude any recent donors regardless of what form they gave to.
