donation transaction reports - how can I tell where the donor came from

Is there anyway when pulling a report that I can include information NOT just on the donation form, but if that person clicked on the form from an enewsletter?

Or should I create a donation form specifically for linking to the enewsletter?

    When constituents come from an Email sent through Convio Online Marketing, a source and sub-source is automatically set with the name of the Email and the link that was clicked respectively. Source and sub-source are included in Donation Reports and can be included in ReportWriter reports.
