Donors Revising their own Sustaining Donations

Does anyone know of a way that a sustaining donor can extend their donation automatically without having to create an entirely new donation? I don't see a way to do this in the Service Center.

Also, for a sustaining donor with an expired credit card or new card they want to use, is there a way for them to update their credit card on a sustaining donation without either creating an entirely new donation or having to call me (the admin) to change the card?

I'd like to make the process more self-sufficient. Donors have to call me in both cases right now.

    There is not currently a way for donors to extend their donation through the Service Center.

    They can, however, change to a different credit card, as long as you've setup the Service Center on your sustaining donation form to allow them to do so. If you edit your donation form, go to Step 3. Design Donor Screens, and click Configure Service Center on the left, you can modify the "Gift Payment Modification Options", one of which is "Yes, allow donors to modify their billing information".
