Email list grouping?

Hello!

I am wondering if there is a way to seclude constituents in our email file that have never given...and just send an email to them?  This is without any pre-set groups set up.

We'd like to send an email to only constituents on our email list that have never given and I would like to know how to do this.  Thanks,

    I think you can do this with a Query based group.

    The Query should use...

    Transaction Information > Lifetime Amount

    Resulting in a query formula of...

    Lifetime Amount equals $0.00

    Which will give you a query to gather everyone who hasn't donated. Use this query to build a query-based group.

    Use that resulting group as either the target of an emailing, or as the do-not-mail group for another mailing - depending on your wants.
