Our HFB campaign is a Justin Bieber ticket give away. I set up the survey where entrants post their name, email etc.and click enter to win. In testing it by entering, I go to a thank you page that I didn't deliberately set up. The thank you page mentions "win 2 tickets to Justin Bieber" but does not read the way we want it to. I don't know where to go to modify this.

    I believe that is in step 11.     "Survey Submitted Page"   on the first set-up page of the survey.

    Usually in PageBuilder. Then if you click that BROWSE button you can find it in the file picker that pops open.

    Sorry, my earlier response wasn't clearly worded. I have the survey set up and I see item #11, but where do I create the page that I name in item #11? Thanks for helping me.

    I think that document is in PageBuilder. In the Convio Content menu, look for the 'Pagebuilder' entry right above Surveys. PageBuilder is where you go to create static web pages in Convio (unless  you have the full CMS.)

    To confirm, what is/was listed in step 11? I think is should look something like "PageServer?pagename=MY-PAGE-NAME" which just means 'when this survey is submitted serve the visitor the page MY-PAGE-NAME.'

    If you have so many pagebuilder pages that you can't easily find it, you can use the page name from the field on step 11 and do a search.

    Edit: Or, if you don't want to fix that currently selected 'Beiber page' you can create a whole new page in pagebuilder. Save and publish it, and then go back to your survey. You should be able to link to it using the BROWSE button.
