Issues setting up donations on Facebook page

I am having mutltiple issues setting up a donation page through Facebook. I do not have that much knowledge of working in code so any help would be appreciated!

If I enter all my information on the Facebook donation page perfectly, the only error is that no thank confirmation shows.  It only shows :: ]]

If there is any error in my entry, the error page will highlight the error but will not let me correct it.  For example, I did not enter a street address.  On the error page this was highlighted as my error.  I entered the address but then the same error page appeared with my corrected information removed making it impossible to submit successfully.

Any thoughts on where my errors might be? Let me know what information I need to share to pinpoit errors.  Thanks!

    Could you share the link to your form?

    My first guess based on the "::]]" is that you copied the code into your PageBuilder page with the WYSIWYG enabled and the code got unintentionally changed.

    Sorry, I just got a chance to take a look. As I suspected, the issue is that you had the WYSIWYG enabled when you copied and pasted the code into PageBuilder. Try disabling the WYSIWYG then pasting your code in.

    I fixed that issue so I am now getting the correct thank you page (yay!).  I am still having problems if I test incomplete information on the donation fields.  It switches to the error page but seems to be having issues with the donor entered amount.  I tried to correct my missing field (street address) three times with no result with a donor entered amount of $5.00. However, when I clicked a button for $10.00 (it showed both the $10 button checked and the name your own amount checked) the transaction was succesfully completed. Any thoughts?
