Unable to process/checkout gifts in OLX

We have not been able to process OLX gifts since Friday, May 8th.  We've followed-up everyday and we keep getting a response that it's a Blackbaud issue.  Is anyone having the same problem?

    Hi Catherine Avena‍ - We are not having this issue.  What happens when someone tries to process a donation through your OLX forms?

    Hi Austen,


    One of the entries was causing an error in posting the batches.  It so happened that it was the first transaction on the OLX checkout and therefore prevented the rest of the transactions to get processed.  It turns out that one of the donors (the first one in this case) entered some character that caused the error.  We had to delete the transaction then that seemed to work. It took almost a week for support to figure it out but all is good.
