My survery answers are not being emailed to the designated email address.

When we launched our site 2 months ago we created a new survery for visitors - - even though we have not gone in to change the survey.  I just double checked, and his correct email address is entered into the "Email Responses" box, and when I run a report the survey answers are being recorded.  Any idea why the survey answers are not being forwarded to the email address?

  • Are you getting any other Convio email notices? Maybe your org just blocked or blacklisted Convio.
