Autoresponder after events?

Options

Does anyone send autoresponders after events?  We want to send one as a thank you and to include a survey.

Let me know - support is telling me it isn't possible to add autoresonders - I am having trouble believing that.

    Yes, you can and should send an email after an event - and surveys are always a great idea.

    The issue here is symantics - you cannot add an "autoresponder" - these are the e-mails that the system sends automatically in response to a specific action taken by a user.  You can use the Email Campaigns tool to send a follow up e-mail to everyone who attended an event.  It also a great time to "remind" people to make a donation if they did not donate at the event.

    Thanks for the answer.  That is exactly what I heard from Support.  My question to my account manager is why?  Why couldn't we add this.
